Another Key West Police officer has been caught with his pants down. Details were sketchy at press time, but here's what we know. About two weeks ago, two teenaged girls coming out of a restaurant reportedly saw a uniformed police officer receiving oral sex from a woman in his patrol car. Unfortunately for the officer, one of the girls is the daughter of a high-ranking cop here. She jotted down the patrol car number and reported it to daddy. Uh-oh! There may or may not be an internal investigation, but as far as we can determine, not even an "incident report" or a "miscellaneous report" has been filed. And no press release on the incident has been sent out. Oh, well. Another day in Paradise, another police cover up
You may recall that, in December of last year, a local store owner called the police and reported that there was a couple in a parked car engaged in oral sex in broad daylight. A cop showed up, watched the couple for a moment or so, then told them to "move on." Only a few weeks earlier, during Fantasy Fest, the cops had arrested and jailed dozens of women for playfully "flashing" their breasts, painted and otherwise, in return for beads. We observed that, apparently, Police Chief Buz Dillon's new policy was that oral sex in public is okay— as long as your painted breasts don't show.
