Vicki's Back At Parrot. Also: Bluesmaster Keith Brown

Somehow, it may be appropriate that a hurricane might be blowin' in. Vicki's back! Vicki Roush, Key West's favorite diva, is back in town and she'll be starring with her Redheaded Blues Band at the Green Parrot Bar this Saturday night, August 26, 10-2. She promises a night of Blues— "down and dirty, swampy, swinging, jumping and very funky."

On Saturday afternoon, at 5 o'clock, and Sunday night at 8, Memphis Bluesmaster Keith Brown will hit the Green Parrot stage. Brown's acoustic blues and roots music is in the tradition of Son House, Robert Johnson and Skip James. He recently made his acting debut in the film "Stop Breakin' Down," about the life and death of Robert Johnson.
