This year guest speaker Kathy Casper, the Regional Director of Public Relations for Wyndham Resorts, will host both a morning and afternoon seminar. The seminar will explain the importance of communication between the hospitality industry and the media, give helpful hints on how to become media friendly and, focus on crisis communication procedures. Live demonstrations, prize drawings and complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks will also be part of Expo '99.

Since its inception in 1990, the trade show has grown exponentially and has sold out each year. "Last year's show attracted more than 1000 visitors and most of the previous exhibitors have returned to participate this year," states Jack Smith, Association Executive Vice President.
